Refund / Return Policy

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, report it within 7 days of delivery by calling 9552860215 or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

Not eligible for return

• Products damaged through misuse or unauthorised repair.
• Products without original packaging, accessories or invoice.
• Items with manufacturing defects after the return window — these are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, typically within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order from your account until it has shipped. Cancelled orders are not charged.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Shipping is free above the threshold shown at checkout; otherwise a flat fee applies. Large appliances are delivered with support for installation coordination in Nashik.
